Streetcookie is available to help you get your order ready for production. Please download the template and print instructions and read them carefully. Please contact us with any questions about artwork and CD layout.

Payment is expected in full before orders can be processed. Preferred method of payment is PayPal.

*All turn around times quoted are a best estimate, and are not guarantees. Although We strive to meet all our customers strict deadlines, Streetcookie is not repsonsible for printing or shipping delays that may cause longer turn-around times.
*All orders subject to 5% under or over run.
You will only be charged for the actual quantities shipped.
No charge for overs when order is prepaid in full including freight.
Prices on website do not include shipping.

Any CD Duplication order may contain defective cds. Streetcookie will either replace any defective cds or refund the amount of those cds (at our discretion) that are

• Returned to us within 30 days of the order
• Defective due to a manufacturing or print error
**Streetcookie is not responsible for defective cds due to duplicating a 'defective', scratched or unfinalized master.
